Please read the Kindergarten Registration Booklet found here.

When registering your child, you will need an original birth certificate, physical exam/current immunization records, proof of residency, IEP Information (if applicable), and a completed registration form.  Please refer to the forms listed below:

The forms are fillable. Please fill them out and download them to your computer. Once downloaded, please email the completed forms to [email protected]. 

• Original Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records and Current Physical with Lead and Vision Screening
• Proof of Residency as outlined in the above form
• IEP Information (if applicable)

Children who will be 5 years old on or before the first day of school are eligible for Kindergarten.

Hull Public Schools offers Free Full Day Kindergarten.

*Proof of Residency:

Before any student attends the Hull Public Schools, the student’s parent or legal guardian must prove legal residence in the Town of Hull.  Families whose primary residence is outside the Town of Hull are not eligible to attend the Hull Public Schools. Please click on the "Acceptable Proof of Residency List" above for more information.

*Required documentation for enrollment of prek-12 McKinney-Vento (homeless), foster care and military students is an exception.

CORI

Please fill out the CORI form below and bring it to the main office accompanied with your drivers license or state ID if you or any family members plan on attending any school-related events during school hours that bring you into the classroom areas. This must be done in person.
